    Hello CDM-ZN! I'm Kris and I'd be happy to help you with your question.

    Could you confirm which console this is? You could try another power cord in case thats the cause. Is the console plugged directly into the wall or in an extension?

    Its most likely a fault but its worth trying a coupe if things.

    Have you tried restarting the console or power cycling (holding the Xbox console button for 8 seconds until it turns off)? Power cycling should hopefully do the trick for you as it clears the cache and resets the network card.

    yeah. in your settings. you can turn youre hand off, the hub off, tips and tricks, etc...

    My xbox one x which i bought recently turns on then goes straight to the troubleshooting menu then i reset to factory settings then freezes and goes into a cycle from turning on then not even powering on and it is just not usable right now and it
    keeps giving me these errors i have tried to follow troubleshooting steps on the Microsoft website but it has not helped, If anyone has any tips or tricks to fix this please get in touch. Many Thanks
