Uninstalling and reinstalling games from "Games with gold"

Hi everyone!

I downloaded almost all games from Games with Gold (GWG). I'm wondering if I uninstall some of them (free space available is not so much) can I download free again in the future the game I've already downloaded? If yes, how?

Downloaded Minecraft Story Mode Episode 1 for free, when I try to play it, It asks if I own the game

Have you tried playing the game in the account that downloaded the game?

I tried uninstalling then reinstalling and that worked.

Any content you've downloaded/purchased on your Xbox LIVE account can be found via 2 ways.

1. Go to the very far right tab on your console, choose account and one of the options on the next screen should be "Download History" or something along those lines.

2. Head over to:
live.xbox.com/.../history. You can queue up content here and it'll automatically download once you sign into Xbox LIVE again.

Hello,

If you reinstall Minecraft, you won't lose any Minecoins or anything you bought from the Minecraft Marketplace. However, you may have to reinstall worlds and texture packs you bought. You also won't lose any worlds downloaded to your system. You will be able to install it again by following these steps:

Go to My Games & Apps>Full Library>All Owned Games, and you can reinstall it there.

You own an Xbox Series X, correct? Before you can reinstall a game, you must first uninstall it from the console's hard drive. To uninstall a game:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide, then select My games & apps > See all > Games.

Highlight the game you want to uninstall, press the Menu button , select Uninstall, and then follow the prompts.

You can then reinstall the game by inserting the disc or downloading it again from the Microsoft Store or Xbox Game Pass, or go to My games & apps > Full library.

Make sure as well that your XBox Live gold is still active.

You need to uninstall and reinstall the game. To uninstall, just right-click on the tile and choose Uninstall from the menu below. To reinstall, just go to the Windows Store and reinstall it there.
