Uninstalled Preview Program and lost Overwatch.

First time posting on the forums.

I purchased Overwatch on July 12 while I had the Preview Program app downloaded. The other day, I opted-out and uninstalled the Preview Program because I received updates to the Xbox at least twice a week, sometimes in the middle of a match while playing
Destiny. I wouldn't mind the updates if I wasn't living in Italy with slow internet speeds.

So upon uninstalling the Preview Program, I didn't know it would take me back to the Xbox version that the rest of the users have that aren't in the Preview Program. After going through the steps as if I just plugged the X1 into the TV for the first time,
everything seemed fine. Until today...

I tried to play Overwatch today, July 27, and it says I need to either insert the disc or make sure I'm online to play. I uninstalled the game, thinking I would re-install and turns out, I had to buy the entire game enable to play it. I checked my Xbox
Purchase History and the status for Overwatch on July 12 said "In Progress".

Turns out, if you purchase a game while under Preview Program, opt-out and uninstall, and attempt to purchase said game, it won't work.

Microsoft refunded my entire purchase and requested I post my issue here so others can see. Hope this helps somebody!

Opted out of the preview program but still says I'm enrolled?

A while ago I opted out of the preview program and it reset my console and I later uninstalled the preview program but the updates and features are still here?

 

Overwatch loot boxes

I'm having the same issue with both Overwatch boxes and Rocket League keys. I'm also a part of the preview program.
