Discus and support unidentified error code in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i've purchased 3200 xbox live points years ago, and never redeem them. i'm thinking about redeem them now, i can redeem the first 1600 points. but...     i've purchased 3200 xbox live points years ago, and never redeem them.

    i'm thinking about redeem them now, i can redeem the first 1600 points. but can't redeem the other 1600. there is a error code pop up ----Service-60004 7b351818-85b5-430e-8c46-89b1c5ecc7c8 2018/01/16 - 01:44:28 UTC

    I can't redeem my code because I have a unidentified error, it says that i should try to redeem it later but is always the same problem,please help me if you can.

    error code after changing Gamertag

    Same problem. I changed my gamer tag after installing COD: Advanced Warfare and an unidentified download keeps failing. I've tried to cancel it without success. Not sure how to delete it otherwise.

    The download seems to have removed itself from my Active Download list. I now have a Unidentified Download error in my systems storage.
