sorry to bother however I have still not received my fallout 3 code after pre ordering fallout 4 on my Xbox one.

required info:

it has been more than 10 calender days.

the order date according to statement was "Nov 8" totalling the full amount of $90.39. ninety dollars and thirty nine cents.

gamertag is the same. ""

Fallout 4 pre order

Hello Support,

I pre-ordered Fallout 4 and did not receive my Fallout 3 code. I did pre-order fo4 last minute (earlier on Nov 10). My account information does state that my purchase was indeed a 'pre-order.'
