    Unfixable AW 360 Freezing Issues. Absolutely Unfixable


    I'm seriously ready to throw in the towel. I've never encountered a tech issue this hard to solve.

    I bought AW (downloaded) for my 360 in November. For about a month, it worked fine. A couple days after a big update, it started freezing. Sometimes, it would let me into a game for a few seconds, then it would become unresponsive. Sometimes, it would
    freeze at the loading screen. It did the same thing when I tried to play local. Other games ( I have been playing Ghosts regularly since AW stopped working) work fine.

    The first tech support call resulted in me cleaning the cache and deleting and re-downloading the previous update. After I did this, same issue.

    The second tech support call resulted in me deleting and re-downloading the entire game. This took hours, of course. Afterward, same issue.

    The third tech support call resulted in a full refund from Microsoft, with the idea that I would buy a disk, reload it, and the problem would resolve itself. I did it today, and guess what? Same problem. Oddly, though, local play now works.

    There is something really messed up (and probably simple) going on here. As helpful as the XBox Tech Support folks have been, this problem seems to be beyond their capabilities to fix. I am this close to throwing all of my xbox games and equipment into
    a box, bringing it to GameStop, and getting what little that I can for it. I am an adult who plays with a regular group of friends. They are all on AW, so if I can't play it, the 360 is useless to me.

    Any XBox gurus out there who have some ideas?

    dude if you move your xbox with the disc inside the xbox will "eat" it and it will be unfixable.

    I have the same issue, pretty frustrating to find out that it's simply a longstanding and unfixed issue.
