Right okay , but they have been slow in responses and they appeal has been denied although still have no reasoning behind it ? So I'm unsure of what to do since this has ruined my Christmas holiday.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and they do not use the forums. If you already submitted a case review at http://enforcement.xbox.com and they upheld their decision, all you can do is wait out the suspension.

I am experiencing the same error "Resource not found" "CDN Error", Microsoft need to start taking their customers seriously. Stop ignoring this issue Microsoft and fix it. Having to delete friends, update profiles or re-sync profiles is a lame and unsatisfactory

Whether Xbox and Rare can divest themselves of responsibility and say "Your unpleasant experiences are not our problem, even though these are our products and our creations", that is putting a lot of customer ill-will out there without being considerate
