    Hi, my gamer tag is and I currently got communications banned unfairly for defending myself. I have screenshots below showing how I was trying to defend myself after being a “far [pig]”. I wasn’t playing on Xbox live, I’m not friends with
    this person, I only turned on my Xbox and appeared online when i recived this message. I only responded with the same amount of deviance as he did. I am banned from July 18th, 2018, 10:41 PM to July 20th, 2018, 2:41 AM. I am aware that this is a short period
    of time, but I don’t want this to appear on my record after, for this is unfair. If I could receive further help for this, I will greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

    If someone harasses you on xbox live just report that person or block him. Retaliating is no use as it can get you suspended as well

    The enforcement team doesn't uses the forums and we can't help you with suspension issues

    You can appeal the enforcement action if you believe that you were suspended unfairly.

    If someone harasses you on xbox live just report that person or block him. Retaliating is no use as it can get you suspended as well

    You are expected to react in a way that doesnt break the rules. You broke the rules so you got suspended.
