Unfairly restricted from communications

I was in a competitive game of Overwatch and someone at the start of the game was asking what hero to play because he was self proclaimed to not know what he was doing. I was frustrated but respectful throughout the game itself because I did not want the
team to tilt and lose. By the end of the game his friend had left and we was switching from hero to hero doing nothing helpful for the team. As this was competitive it was a bit frustrating having a lost match with no hope from the beginning. I sent him a
rude message with profanity which to me felt fitting for the situation. Now I am unable to get into party chat with my friends and I feel as if that is unfair. I would appreciate it if I could have at least that lifted as this is a major inconvenience just
because someone was too sensitive to hear me tell him what he was doing wrong. In the future I won’t send such messages but this has made it so I can’t play games with my friends for 24 hours, and tomorrow is an entire day off so yeah that would kinda suck.

Want to make a complaint if someone could let me know how please. ? I was unfairly banned from communication that I did nothing wrong. ????

 

Unfairly soft banned from communication

The only way to contact the enforcement team is by submitting a case review.

 

The enforcement team don't use the forums.

There is no excuse for sending someone a rude message containing profanity & that is a violation of the ToU/CoC.

You could of quite easily told this person what they were doing wrong in a polite & helpful way.

People would prefer that rather than being swore at.

As it's a 24 hour suspension you are not eligible for a case review so will have to wait out the suspension.
