    I not too long ago I got suspended for something I didnt do anything too wrong for. I was suspended after I along with another user got in a fight in Red Dead Redemption 2 and left the fight. He then sends me a cocky messege saying "Yeah run I like it" Now, I get that being toxic is against the terms on Xbox. I do. But when the player messeges you first being toxic and you retaliate by being toxic back and you get suspeneded for it? that unfair. Even if I were to report the user I highly doubt that they would get suspended due to the fact the message didnt exactly break terms of service like mine did by cursing or whatever. But I find it ridiculous that users can exploit the "report" feature simply because they got responded back with toxicity after they were the user being toxic first.

    Being toxic back is your choice and so you are at the mercy of the Enforcement Team if it gets reported. Best thing you can do is simply report the Toxic message and then Block the other player and don't respond at all.

    Some people are simply trolls who spend their lives sending toxic messages to try and entice other people to respond in kind so that they can report them and get them banned.

    As some words of wisdom, the bio is a privellage, not a right. If what is posted in it can be interepeted the wrong way, no matter the intention, then it shouldnt be in the bio to begin with. Keep it "E" rated next time.
