    Unfair renewal price


    Ok, so I have not one but 2 Xbox One's, an S and normal one, I spend hundreds each year on Microsoft Credit but yet get no offer whatsoever on my renewal price(its not really the money but the principal when I know for a fact most people get some sort of
    offer). I pretty much only play FIFA online an am not paying £39.99 for that privilege. I have contacted support to see if they can make me an offer but no avail, is there anything that you guys can do please?

    Keep in mind that each countries currency may hold a different value. There are also different licensing and access fees for different countries.

    I think the prices on the store are way to unfair like if you location was set to australia it costed $24.99 ($25.00) to get the big bud dlc for farming sim 17 but Americans get to pay $14.99 ($15.00) I think it is unfair and a real problem every country
    should have the same price for everything (Xbox I hope you see this because fix it)

    Auto-Renewal is unfair

    The best way to prevent this from happening in the future is to turn off the renewal when you no longer want it to continue. Please be aware that due to the way Microsoft bills there may still be a pending charge for the month you are on when you turn off
    the renewal. If you have questions about whether or not there's a pending charge when you turn off the renewal you'll want to contact support to verify before you assume that you're done. Alternately you can assume that there's one more charge coming until
    the day the subscription actually cancels.
