Unfair enforcement

Discus and support Unfair enforcement in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I got banned from my console (not from my profile) my console is banned... there is a msge that says my profile or my console is banned from xbox live,...     Unfair enforcement


    I got banned from my console (not from my profile) my console is banned... there is a msge that says my profile or my console is banned from xbox live, i already called to xbox support and they said that everything is ok with my profile, they said that the
    problem is my xbox one, but i cant find a reason for that punishment because i didnt break any rule.

    please give me a reason, i want to know it, this is complety unfair.

    You can find information about console bans here - Xbox Enforcement | How Do I but there is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding them.

    We have no access to bans or the people who enforce them. Going to https://enforcement.xbox.com will show any bans attached to your gamertag. If there are none then SOME other account is on there and caused
    the ban

    If you believe you have been unfairly banned, You can submit a case review if your ban is longer than 24 hours, however there is no guarantee that you will be un-banned. This page has all the details on what a case review is and how to submit one:

    You should also be aware that it is a violation of the code of conduct to let anyone else use your account. You are responsible for your account at all times.

    I'm afraid nobody in the forums will be able to assist regarding enforcement related issues or questions. You will have to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com for any information and possible options.

    I would also advise if something happens again to just Report and block the user, do not engage by sending a message back, since if the response also violates the Terms of Use or Code of Conduct then you can get struck by enforcement too.
