Unfair Enforcement Policy That Does Not Look Into Prior Events That Could Determine The Case

Hello everyone my name is "miko" and I have a very strong complaint. Not too long ago a "friend" by the name David Wood 396 or David and I were playing the Doomsday Heists on release day for GTA 5. I myself had played with other people prior to and wanted
to help my "friend" David. I gave him and the other friends that accompanied him helpful tips with some of the missions. We came to a mission that was hard and my teammates were constantly dying. Keep in mind that I not once referred to them as trash and just
released the occasional sigh. After one too many replays I decided to grab some food that my dad cooked for me and took the food up and played the game as I ate, because I am a multi-tasker. Last time I checked eating wasn't a sin but apparently for David
it was and he blamed our failure on my lack of communication, but honestly its GTA 5 not a milsim game that requires intense coordination, literally all the enemies I saw everyone else did unless they had there xbox plugged into potato. I know im losing the
professionalism of this post but I am very passionate about this subject. Moving on he began to say "you think you're better than everybody" which of course I never said once or even hinted towards. All I ever did was try to help. He began ranting and saying
words that if I wrote on this post would probably be flagged but he's British so the CNT word with the U in the middle was one along with the F bomb and the B word that characterizes a female dog and is included in a lot of rap songs today. I am not a person
who is petty, well only a little as the whole situation made me mad and I told him "move out the way Daddy's about to save the day" (this was after his initial accusation of me being condescending) of course I died trying to be a hero (even though I made it
further by myself than they did as they stood at the spawn point.) Back on track I'm not petty and I understand that friends have their differences and didn't report him or anything remotely close, I just let him be to himself after we eventually passed the
mission. Skip foward to today, I joined his party and asked him "Have you guys completed the heist?" he responded "Yes a couple of days ago" I replied "Dang that took a while" (or something along those lines) was I being condescending? Maybe about 30% the
other 70% was a sincere question. I was kicked from the party. I sent him a message saying "Your'e a CNT (with the U placed somewhere in there)" I get reported and have enforcement sending me emails. How is it fair that he gets to rage and call me out of my
name and mute me with no action taken against him but I say one word that isn't as vulgar as half the words he's said to me and I get banned from communicating with my real friends can you at least give the guy a one day ban or something Jesus I'm not the
criminal here. Keep this in mind he was my friend, if you had a friend to kick you out of the party for no good reason or slightly justifiable one wouldn't you respond in the same way. Its not like I called him that to make him mad or anything it was meant
to alert him of his actions towards me " a person who was the victim of an aggressor"

Please respond as soon as Possible as I want to play games and talk to my real friends not fake ones.

    :)

The enforcement team does not use the forums here. You'll need to file a case review

Xbox Enforcement | How Do I

Case Review is a tool that allows players who have received an enforcement action (for example, an account suspension or forced Gamertag change) to have their enforcement reviewed by a member of the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team. Suspensions are never
issued lightly, but Case Review allows Xbox Live members to interact directly with XBLPET and gain greater understanding of the enforcement and why action was taken. In the very rare event that the review determines that a mistake was made or the enforcement
was not necessary, steps will be taken to remedy the situation.

It doesn't matter how the conversation starts. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you are at fault. That is per the code of conduct you agreed to. In the future, it's best to just report the other player and block communications with
    them instead of responding.

Notice of Xbox Live Enforcment Active. I need help.

Every report that is made is investigated by an enforcement agent.

Every report that is made a snippet of the message that was sent is then sent to the enforcement team who then looks at it and determines if there was a violation of the code of conduct and if there was that is when they put the suspension on the account.

Like was said in prior replies the ONLY way to get a suspension lifted sooner is through the case review process.

Not all suspensions are eligible for a case review these are normally the ones that last around 24 hours the reason for this is by the time the enforcement team reinvestigates the report the suspension will be over.
