Unfair Enforcement Bug

Hello. My name is Conner and I am having a serious issue. On the second of October I was banned for communications from something I did not do. My two friends and I were playing and they used a scam method of threating to report me on multiple accounts and
ban me if I did not give them the in-game item. Later on, i was banned for refusing them, then banned the very next day proving that they banned me for no reason because i was banned for harrassment and abuse when i was even unable to communicate at all. Ive
contacted 6 agents, four over text chat and two over the phone, niether affiliated with the enforcement team. But it gets worse. I have bug that makes me unable to file a case review in any shape or form. I need serious help from the enforcement team or a

When you say you have bug preventing you from submitting a case review - you need to be a bit more descriptive of the issue as the website can be accessed by a number of browsers on a number of computer operating systems.
