Unfair enforcement action... Sort of

Very difficult to see if this is in the right area however here I go I have been given a 24 hour communications suspension which I sort of agree with but also an xbl ban which I think is highly unfair. This week I have had an issue with my autism and over
two days was in a heightened state leading to quick meltdowns. Two players deliberately griefed others including myself and yes, sad to say, I bit the bait so to speak. The player who I know reported me as they took great pleasure in goading me via chat and
over comms seems to have gotten away with this. Despite the fact I complained. Although I know my actions where dissapointing, I think it's unfair that my condition or discussion with myself has not been taken into account I wholeheartedly accept the communication
ban as I know what I did was wrong. However, due to the xbl ban I will now be removed from two competitions in the wider xbl community. It is this I feel is highly unfair. For your information I was diagnosed high functioning autistic last year at 39 so I
am still learning to deal with the symptoms. Please can this be taken into account or discussions with myself take place. Kind regards Liam

hi I was playing in game neverwinter and had my account suspended this person was trying to bully me in game and I was only sticking up for myself
