Unfair Chat Ban Upheld Xmas Eve

Third time posting this. Both original times an xbox employee decided to lock my thread rather than help me.

I was chat banned for two weeks on Sunday because I was playing an online game and the opponent decided to force pause the game repeatedly and send me trash talk messages. When he pauses the game, i cant play. Its a 1v1 sports online gms. Eventually it
got to me and I retaliated because I’m sitting there staring at a pause screen with harassing messages being sent to me that i didnt ask for. Well the person reports me and I get a 14 day chat ban.

So I did a case review ASAP. Argued that I was harassed first, the other person was trashing me and forcing me to deal with it pausing the game online, so I retaliated to defend myself and I shouldn’t be banned for two weeks because I didn’t start it. This
is how the national law works. If someone punches you first, you can defend yourself. Apparently Xbox views it that anyone can harass me and thats okay. Sounds illegal and non-compliant with federal law.

Well, Christmas Eve at literally like 10pm I find my claim denied, which tells me they literally did nothing to investigate the situation. Nobody can conduct a thorough investigation on christmas eve. I have no other way to contact them and now can’t use
my full account all holiday.

I have been an xbox member for 8 years but im about ready to sell everything for a playstation 4 if this is how im treated. Ive never been treated this poorly by a company. I want assistance

Yes, turn the other cheek for the meek shall inherit ms!!! Lie to your friends, don't lie to me. My advice, which I will follow in the coming months. Quit paying for Gold, play the games for the games, buy them used, and leave the social piraiah's to feed
on themselves.

Sorry to hear about the situation, but the Xbox live code of conduct
is there to create an environment that is friendly for everyone! Xbox is a very family oriented company! There are many children who play Xbox as well and the code of conduct
is set in place to encourage good sportsmanship and positive communication!

If you run into a toxic player then Report, Block and Ignore the user, and
do not engage them.

(Enforcement does not see anyone as Defending themselves, they look towards the Code only.)

(Just remember that you are allowed to say and do what you want, but there will be Repercussions for voiding the Code of conduct)

Case Review. (If
the suspension is for 24 hours and less, then it will not be available)

If the case is upheld, then you will have to wait.

From the previous Threads you have created there where answers posted. We here on forums do not have contact with Enforcement nor does Enforcement post or read on the Forums.

Also, Do not create Multiple Threads on the Forum About the same situation.

If you read their posts you will see a repeated response that NO ONE in the forums can assist. If the decision was upheld you have to wait out the suspension.

The Enforcement team does not use the forums and only an Enforcement team member can respond to any specific suspension items.they are only contactable via the case review process.

When you run into users who are causing you grief, mute (either them or your mic), report, block and walk away.

All enforcement issues don't go here. Go to enforcement.xbox.com for those issuss. Posting three times here will not help you.
