    The explanation he gave me, if it is a Microsoft policy it is so disappointing and unfair to a child... they need to improve that, perhaps the negative in game currency be ok. But previously purchased items should be permanent to an account. My son cried all day on and off!!! He lost items that are no longer available :cry: Unfair action towards a hacked account :pensive:.... his Epic game(fortnite) screen name is RICAN2011

    Hello again, the investigation team is not contactable, so the need to correctly fill out the account recovery form, the other option would be to contact Xbox support via chat and request an ATO (Account Takeover), but the information you will ask for will be the same as the form above.

    If the answer given by them was negative unfortunately it will not be possible to recover the account.
