    What are the following charges indicated below against our AMEX account #[mod reoved] for what reason and by whom (your customer)?

    August 08th 2020 - Microsoft*XBOX MSBILL.INFO - $10.84

    August 09th 2020 - Microsoft*XBOX MSBILL.INFO - $27.11

    August 09th 2020 - Microsoft*XBOX MSBILL.INFO - $06.50

    August 18th 2020 - Apple.com/BILL.INTERNET CHARGE CA - $10.84

    My advice would be to go ahead and check your billing portal to see if you can identify why you are being charged. Using your Xbox LIVE login details, simply visit this page here ( commerce.microsoft.com ) and sign in. From there you will have access to
    every purchase and transaction that you have made in relation to your profile. If you do not see the £5.99 charge in your billing portal, then that specific charge will likely be for another gamertag that is linked to your payment instrument.



    Whether you can, or cannot see the £5.99 charge, you will have to contact the 'Billing Department' via phone support (HERE) to take this any further. No one on these forums can discuss your
    billing issues with you.
