Hello everyone,

I got an update for the game yesterday. After installing the update, the game works normally again.

On the whole, I dislike the approach of Microsoft (or another software subcontractor), when they know well about the problem and calmly let users worry about the possible causes of malfunctions. In my opinion, it should be some standard of decency to inform users, who would certainly understand that there was an oversight

and tell them that the problem is being worked on and propose an estimate for when I expect the problem to be solved.

Xbox One turns off unexpectedly to see if it helps with the issue you are having.

When you finish following the support guide can you please reply to this thread to say how you are getting on with this?

Indeed...there are a lot of people having disconnect issues with the 360 currently. It will randomly sign people out. I also noticed on my 360s that I can not even finish the audio calibration within the kinect tuner. It will start playing sounds and then
tell me can't finish calibration. Other times it will start playing audio sounds then unexpectedly stop then give the same answer...can't finish calibration
