    Unexpectedly charged for a subscription I had cancelled months ago


    I have just found by chance that, without my knowledge, I have been paying for a Minecraft (WIN10) realms subscription well past when I originally ended the sub.
    Is there any practical way for me to get a refund? Everywhere I have already checked has recommended to go so "Manage Subscription" and just press "Refund". I'm not getting that option.
    There was a failed charge for this month which I have no intention in paying for as I have already been charged for a service i'm not using.

    Automatic Renewal

    I had the exact same thing happen to me this morning too. I changed to one month subscription a week ago because I couldn't afford a 1 year renewal and this morning I checked my account and I also had a charge for 1 year gold subscription. On my billing
    account page it says that my 1 year gold is canceled and 1 month gold is active. Maybe it's a problem lots of people had and they will fix it.
