Unexpected fifa 15 update that has been stuck on 100%? It keeps switching from saying queued ...

When I got home I couldn't play fifa. Apparently it is updating. I cant cancel it and as a result it is just frozen on 100%.

Fifa 15 Xbox One

My Xbox One is experiencing the same problem with the FIFA 15 update. It is just stuck at 100% and continues switching between that and "Queueing". I wish I got a Ps4 or an xbox 360

Ok so on my xbox 360, Fifa 15 keeps saying every time I try to connect "The EA servers are not available at this time. Please try again later". My Xbox has 2 XBL accounts on it one for family and one for me. My old XBL gold account that still has gold connects
but my new account that has XBL gold on fifa 15 keeps doing this. Please can someone help!!

 

Have you tried a hard reset of the console? A hard-reset is known to fix many of the random issues that occur with the Xbox One (such as this.) You can do a hard-reset by pulling the power cable from the back of the xbox one for 15 seconds and then plugging
it back in

 

I have tried that several times. I have also tried disconnecting it from the internet and reconnecting. Nothing seems to be working and it still says "FIFA 15 Updating... 100%"

I have already had issues with this game and I would prefer not to uninstall it and reinstall it as I have done that four times already. As it is not a disk version, but a downloadable version, it takes about 8 hours to install.

I have the same issue but with the most recent minecraft update. Tried holding the power button til the xbox shut off and also tried pulling the power cord neither helped

 

My minecraft update stuck at 100% too i tried to restart my xbox but it. didn't helped. I dont know what to do. ):

I'm sorry to hear about the update installation issue being experienced. Before trying anything, first make sure that you have the appropriate amount of storage to download this update.

Next, if you have already uninstalled and reinstalled Fifa 15, I would then suggest trying out these troubleshooting steps below to see if they can get you sorted out.

• Power cycle your Xbox One console.
  
• Power cycle your networking hardware by unplugging the power cord from your modem, router, or gateway.
  
• Plug in your console and networking hardware. Then power on your console.
  
• From the Xbox One Dashboard, press the Menu on your controller and then select Settings.
  
• Select Test Network Connection under the Troubleshooting Icon. (If you receive a connection error, try out the steps in our Xbox One
  Network Connection Error Solution page for further troubleshooting.)
  

Try downloading the update once again.
