Unexpected error when I try to change my privacy and security settings

Hi, I've been trying for some days to change my privacy and security settings in order to play Minecraft on windows 10 with my friends (using xbox live). Howerver, when I try to do it, the message "An unexpected error occurred. Try again later". And it always
happen, what can I do to solve this problem?

(I checked in the Xbox support website, but I couldn't find anything that helped me)

I got error

i can not change my information on private online safety it has error: An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later in xbox

I follow all the steps from the helper go on link https://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/security/cannot-change-my-privacy-settings but i cant fix it

ok so i went to xbox.com and went to my privacy settings and it will not change, everytime i try to change it, it gives a unexpected error has occured and wont change it

However, please bear in mind that if you are under 18 then the parent account will need to be the one that makes the changes to your online settings or they will not take.

 

So I am the parent and I get this error when trying to update the privacy settings of my daughters account. Can someone fix this or let us know what the fix is to get this working.

 

The same thing is happening to me when I'm trying to change my son's settings. I am in my account and he is connected to me as a Child. He has been begging to play with a friend of his for a few weeks and I finally have time to try to fix this for him,
and now am getting this error.
