Unenerollment and Factory reset about game data

Thank you for keeping us updated. The full factory reset will remove all the profiles, games, applications that are not installed by default and saved data that is saved to the console. Your saved data is uploaded to the Xbox cloud as long as the console
is connected to the internet while you are playing your games. Once you download your account back to the console and play a game, the console will grab your saved data from the cloud. Your achievements are not affected by

I understand your concern about losing your data and settings. However, if you have tried everything else and the problem persists, a full factory reset may be the only solution.

Before performing a full factory reset, be sure to back up your important data. You can back up your data as follows:

Games and apps: You can connect an external drive to your Xbox and copy games and apps to the external drive.

Saved data: You can copy saved data to the cloud or to an external drive.

Settings: You can save your Xbox settings to an external drive.

If you perform a full factory reset and the problem persists, you can contact Activision support for help.
