    I accidentally put my series s into dvi mode and now cannot switch it back due to the blank screen. How do I undo this setting? I have a digital console.

    I was able to reboot it in low resolution mode, had to switch to a older television to do it. Issue has been resolved thank you.

    Getting xbox 360 out of Dvi mode.

    I have the same problem as well and I have tried everything to get out of DVI mode but nothing is working

    Thanks for that and it's odd that you were able to access the game modes but since the item was not redeemed on your account, I apologize but there is no option for us to undo the redemption transaction.
