    Undertale problem


    Hi, I'm having some trouble with Undertale. I played this game for days and have no problem until today, when I was going to play and it showed a "error creating process [link for a temp folder]" message; first, showed that the reason was something with "dll" in the end, and I tried to search by myself in Google and to "solve" by going to the respective folder and just executing the .exe archive. It worked at first, but when I closed the game and tried to launch again it goes to an "open" window with all desktop programs. I tried going by the XBox app too and it shows the same "error creating process" message, but this time without any reason (just a blank space).

    I already tried to uninstall many times and to do the "extract file" thing, nothing work. My Windows 10 has updated a few days ago, and I already had some issues with the XBox app, solved by another update.

    Any ideas? Sorry for any mistake, english is not my native language.

    Edit: I forgot to say, but I have other games installed and no one have the same issue.

    The issue was happening on PC while I was installing Undertale, but the problem isn't limited to Undertale. Any downloads I try to make have this problem. Occasionally I receive an error message, but I forgot the code.
