    Undertale doesn't work after genocide ending


    After the genocide ending, you can't play the game anymore without manually deleting the file, but i can't access the file manager anymore, how can I fix this?

    The issue was happening on PC while I was installing Undertale, but the problem isn't limited to Undertale. Any downloads I try to make have this problem. Occasionally I receive an error message, but I forgot the code.
