    so, given I renew my gold sub every year, for 9 years now, why does this not reflect in my reward statement? Seems to have stopped recording my activity since 2013? Not changed my name or any other detail, gamer tag same, just updated console...

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    Are the Xbox Rewards Credits item in the MyVIP Vault Microsoft Rewards Credits?

    They are Xbox Rewards credits, so they would show as pending on the MyRewards section of the Xbox Rewards site.
    Thanks! Just read up on the transfer and whatnot. I guess I just didn't understand the switch from Xbox Rewards to Microsoft Rewards. All good now!

    Dont understand how to use rewards

    It depends on if the points are still pending or have been deposited. Once you complete an offer, credits are added to your Rewards account as pending. They remain pending until the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending.
    Once they are deposited, they are added as currency to your Microsoft account balance. You would use that balance as your payment method when making a purchase.
