undelivered reward item

1 week and counting on mine, that don't contact me in a week or so, just going to dipute the charge for the undelivered esp

When a package is not delivered or is missing, unfortunately it is necessary to notify technical support. Request a refund as you would normally be able to, since you need to have the item.

You cannot call them directly from the numbers you find on the internet.

The options are via chat or by requesting a call, but you cannot call them directly.

I've just got a reply by calling Microsoft Store purchases contact telephone number.

They tracked the dpd courier parcel numbers I advised, and advised that the refund will be made once dpd deliver back to sender, that being Microsoft.

One of the purchases has already been received back at Microsoft.

Its very confusing Microsoft automatically emailing UPS return instructions for something that has never been received in the first place!

Are you referring to the items which can be redeemed? Depending on your region, Xbox Live Rewards may already have transitioned to
Microsoft Rewards meaning those items cannot be redeemed.
