Unconverted credit

I have unconverted credit that dates back to 2017 and was wondering when it going to be put in my account

We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending

Pending Reward Points have remained unconverted and uncashed

I've 2,500 points of which I've never been awarded some of which are past a year old, and was wondering if there was a way to go about finally getting these approved. The list is as follows, although I'm sure you'd be able to reference to make sure there
is validity to my claim. Thank you for your time, it is truly appreciated.

As stated in the FAQ, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount was beneath this amount, it had not been scheduled. For future reference, if you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you
may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Therefore, since your last Credits were placed as pending on April 22nd, you will be a part of the mid-May deposit.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. Since you haven't reached that amount yet, they haven't automatically been deposited. Since you do have over 1,000, you can request a deposit on the MyRewards
section of the site.

Right, so where did you redeem them? Points have to be redeemed from the console. They should then automatically be transferred into currency.

Could you check that they appear on
commerce.microsoft.com You should both see a points deposit and the conversion to currency.

If there is no currency conversion, go back to the console and download a demo or something. You should be taken through the steps to convert.

Your error message of unable to authorise is really weird, as that usually means there is something wrong that Support could see. That they said there was nothing wrong is confusing. It really does feel like shooting in the dark here. I've asked you several
questions to try to find something that to me at all seems off, but so far there's nothing (except the possibility of unconverted points, above).

Is there anything else you can think of that might be in any way relevant to this?

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/). However, your purchases did complee
the SImply Rewarding offer, and those Credits are pending in your account. Your purchase of The Witcher did go to the Warrior Rewards offer, but did not make the minimum spending requirement for that offer, and therefore did not complete it.
