    unbelivable xbox support team


    i left here a message more than one month ago about a problem with a giveaway and no one seems to want to solve it till this day.

    i reported the case on 15 september and i was sent to some places by the support and i did what i was told but got no awsers so i went again to the support team and a case was made on 3 october.

    it was said that the case was sent to the reward team and the rangers to solve it and everytime i asked awsers about it i was told to wait because that teams still didnt have given one awser.

    suprises of all surprises , yesterday i sent a message to the rewards fórum and they said that they will not help me or solve anything now because the giveaway already ended and i dint contact them before it.

    more , i went to the support to ask explanations and a supervisor said she was going to reach the higher team ask them for informations , after a couple of hours i got one email saying she was sorry but the higher team said since the promotion was over they
    wouldnt do anything .

    i reported it more than a month before the end of the giveaway , i was told both teams was taking care of the case and now just like that no one knows anything or wants to solve it because its over.

    your right it is over because you guys didnt do your job it wasnt my fault because i did my part you dudnt do yours and now i want to know who will be responsable for that

    i agree 100% to the attitude of your message, this whole thing is just embrassing and unbeliveable that Microsoft supports this or "jumps into that boat" so to say. unbeliveable, i regret my Xbox X purchase already

    my last hope is that Sea of Thiefes hold what it promise and calms me at least down a bit, this is ... its hard to find words really

    You need to report the person via the Xbox and block them. The enforcement team does not work through the forums.

    It is also a violation of forum rules to "name and shame" another gamertag.
