Unbanning people that aren't using inappropriate pictures

Xbox I dont know what I did for me to be able not to upload anymore custom gamerpic. I really sad and I wish I could just upload a picture from the xbox app. Xbox can you please unban me so that I can use xbox app to change my profile picture?

You have done nothing wrong, Microsoft has temporarily disabled custom picture uploads for Xbox Live, including gamerpics and club images, to help its staff
keep up with a surge in demand from people staying at home.

I personally like the picture But to some people it could be unnecessary picture it could be inappropriate so to take your chances I wouldn’t post it

Oh, and I forgot to mention that I was suspended for 24 hours, only in the account personalization though (needless to say that I feel it's unfair, but that's another subject I won't dive in).

The only things I want to know are:

- Why is it inappropriate?

- Can I use the same picture once unbanned?

Optional:

- If it's appropriate... Why something like this happened in the first place?
