    I was banned on xbox live chat for 2 days and when i came back i was unbanned. but when i checked on my xbox app on windows 10 it said i was still banned can someone pls help?

    If you are using the banned account on the Xbox app, it will be banned there too. The only way to talk is A.) wait for unban or B.) sign into another account

    once an xbox is banned thats it, they will never unban it, this is the pitfalls of buying a used console. support will not and cannot assist with this and the enforcement team are unreachable unless you have been banned and they still won't unban a console.

    Suspension lifted but still cant play???

    Hi there. 6 hours later and still nothing. The suspension would have been lifted even in pacific time. And yes ive tried redownloading my account and it doesnt work. Not a single account even works on the xbox. But again my main account that was banned
    now is unbanned on the xbox app and thats it.
