    Hello xbox,

    I recently found out that I can’t upload my screenshots anymore to my xbox app, unfortunately i got banned for something i did in GTA 5. I wasn’t aware of what i was doing and i had no intentions behind it, it was in the stripclub and i did not notice i screen recorded a lap dance.

    Is there anyway to fix this?

    May I ask what is the exact error or issue that you're experiencing whenever you're trying to upload any of your screenshots so I can check that for you?

    Also if this is regarding to enforcement action, I apologize, but just a friendly reminder that for enforcement action there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the enforcement team. There is no direct contact with them, only by reporting and filing a case review.

    Case review closed without any reason - I can proof my innocence with a receip

    The support contacted me today that the enfocement website is fixed.

    I uploaded my receipt which proofs that I bought the code in a webshop. And voila, my account is now unbanned.

    Nah! You think that’s bad check this out… literally haven’t been on all day, come home thinking I’m going to be unbanned an I get slapped with this 💩… at this point I know somebody is targeting me…
