Unavailabe to connect multiplayer service and live weather service on FS2020

I was able to sign in online but when testing my multiplayer connection, it says some xbox live services are down, like the basic services of connecting to others online, joining parties, sending messages. So how is xbox live up but the core services of
it are down? Fix it xbox

well if its the providers at times the weather can be a factor on internet connections (I had a storm here at my home bad rain and wind and internet connections and speed was affected heavily to where laptops barely ran on it) along with is theres any repairs/updates/etc
with the service/hardware which will dissrupt connections. also when certain XBL services are not working such as netflix/apps, marketplace, multiplayer and etc check out www.xbox.com/servicealerts and it will inform you and keep you updated on any service
be it apps or market even up to games issues such as those that have season passes about was is up and running and what is currently down and out of service and is being worked on.
