Unavailabe to connect multiplayer service and live weather service on FS2020

Hi! I have renewed my comuputer and tried to play FS2020. However the problems is occured that booting FS2020 is smoothly but I can't use online services like multi player or live weather. I have made sure that the status of Xbox online is online. Of course
I have tried to reboot my PC, relogin my Xbox live account and log off my account on old computer.

Could you tell me what I should do?

Hi Charley. My name is Kyle and I'm an independent advisor.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox Communities Forum. As stated on the Xbox and Microsoft websites, Microsoft has suspended the sale of products and services in Russia. This is due to ongoing international sanctions.

Also, as stated on the Microsoft Support website, services you subscribe to in one region may not work in another. This includes Xbox Game Pass. See this page for more information: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/5895e006-34f4-10f7-16b1-999e40adb048

I was able to sign in online but when testing my multiplayer connection, it says some xbox live services are down, like the basic services of connecting to others online, joining parties, sending messages. So how is xbox live up but the core services of

    disconnections from live services

well if its the providers at times the weather can be a factor on internet connections (I had a storm here at my home bad rain and wind and internet connections and speed was affected heavily to where laptops barely ran on it) along with is theres any repairs/updates/etc
with the service/hardware which will dissrupt connections. also when certain XBL services are not working such as netflix/apps, marketplace, multiplayer and etc check out www.xbox.com/servicealerts and it will inform you and keep you updated on any service
be it apps or market even up to games issues such as those that have season passes about was is up and running and what is currently down and out of service and is being worked on.
