Unavaible to sign my profile on Games for Windows Live

If it is a "Games for Windows LIVE", then yes, they will have Achievements and you use your Xbox LIVE Profile to Sign-in. If it's just a "Games for Windows", no it will not have Achievements.

yeah i tried to recover my account again this morning and it said xbox live signup is unavaible and now i cant get on my account anymore

Creating an Offline Profile for Games for Windows LIVE for use with Disney TRON: Evolution may resolve certain stability issues during gameplay . To create an offline or local profile in Games for Windows Live, proceed as follows:

Launch Disney TRON: Evolution.

Press the "Home" button on the keyboard to bring up the Games for Windows Live menu.

If you have already signed in, you must first click the "Sign out" button in the menu and confirm.

In the menu, click on the button to "Create New Profile."

In the next window, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Create a Local Profile".

In the Offline Gamer Profile window, enter the name for the profile you would like to create.

Once the profile has been created, click "Done" to sign into the profile.

Press the "Home" button on the keyboard to return to the game and play using the offline profile.

please recover it. then it should be okay first delete your old profile. you may want to back up your game saves first. copy those to a flash drive or to cloud...

To delete:

Go to Settings, and then select System.

Select Storage.

Select All Devices.

Select Gamer Profiles.

Select the gamertag that you want to delete.

Select Delete.

Select one of the following:

Select Delete Profile Only. This deletes the profile but leaves saved games and achievements.

Select Delete Profile and Items to delete the profile and the associated saved games and achievements.

To recover:

Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller (large X button in the center of your controller).

Select Download Profile.

Note Not seeing Download Profile? Press X to sign out of your profile.

Enter the Windows Live ID associated with your Xbox LIVE gamertag. If you don’t know your Windows Live ID or password, see Manage your Windows Live ID.

Now, enter your Windows Live ID password.

Note If your account is an Xbox LIVE child account, the parent’s Windows Live ID information is required to download the profile.

Select the storage device for your profile (for example, Hard Drive).

Your profile will begin downloading. Once your profile is downloaded, you can choose whether or not you want to require your Windows Live ID password to sign into your profile.

my advice is "Select Delete Profile Only. This deletes the profile but leaves saved games and achievements."
