Unauthorized User

An unauthorized user got ahold of my sons login info and made several purchases. My wife didn’t notice the charges for a few weeks. I tried to get refunds but the system denies them due to age and asking for too many refunds. The system offers no phone or chat support if your account is used without authorization and I can not get a refund. I will be required to request charge backs from my CC provider.

Pretty sure that self repair is a unauthorized repair. After all it's not done at one of there authorized repair shops.

no user account security is UPTO YOU not ms not the world

if you are allowing a CHILD or a friend to login your account that is not unauthorized purchase that is USER error
