Unauthorized Store purchases via Verizon

Hi - I can't find a specific way to handle this issue. We had 3 unauthorized Microsoft Store purchases (all v-bucks) on one of our Verizon iPhones yesterday. We quickly called Verizon, which said they cannot take any action until the existing month's
bill is produced and don't have a process to flag and report fraud. They did show how how to block phone purchases, but said to work with the Microsoft store to research and request a refund. There is no record of any purchases on any Microsoft app on our
phones, nor our Xbox (unaffiliated with the phone), I believe our phone or phone number was hacked. I am not sure what to do to ensure those charges don't become permanent and if Microsoft or Verizon can open an investigation on who may have done this. PS
- I believe there should be better security authorization to essentially use a phone number as a wallet, and that the feature should be opt-in, not automatically opted in, but I have shared that with Verizon. Thanks

First of all, you should make sure that you follow the steps on
this website to prevent your kids from unauthorized purchases in the future. Never let the kids use your own (adult) account!!!

Then you should try to contact the official support again, and explain the situation via
https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

Also, you should try to
contact Roblox via this contact form. The website mentions a spending limit, but it could be, that this limit is only enforced on the PC version of Roblox, not for purchases through the Xbox store.

If the kids bought the stuff via your credit card, it might also be worth a try to contact your credit card company and report these unauthorized purchases. Or contact your bank about these unauthorized purchases.

Yes they removed it my Verizon store had told me they were having to many issues with their partnership on transactions not going through from Verizon to Microsoft soo Microsoft was loosing out on purchases sooo Microsoft took it down completely
