first, go through the Compromised Account Solution to make sure your account is secure and no-one has unauthorised access.

unfortunately, many digital items, especially in game currencies are not eligible for refund so you might have better luck going to your Credit/Debit card provider and reporting the unauthorised purchases to them.

if you know the gamertag of the person who did this, go to their profile and click on the More button then select Report. provide as much detail as possible and Enforcement will deal with it.

then block the person so they can no longer contact you.

So I was looking to find cases like mine and the same thing happened to me. I have the gamertag and name of the person who did it and Microsoft support reported them for me so I hope their account gets banned (though at this point I highly doubt Microsoft
will do anything). I plan to also report them. I plan to go through my bank and hope they can dispute the charges but after multiple attempts I got the same thing from Microsoft. That they are not responsible for hacked accounts and under terms of service
I am not eligible for refund for unauthorized digital purchases. I feel like hackers know this is how Microsoft operates and they take advantage of it. It is a shame Microsoft doesn't take better care of their customers.

With unauthorized purchases, you would need to contact you bank so this can be fixed.

They also may be able to take legal action against the person who did this as well.
