Unauthorized purchase refund request

My brother spent my Microsoft points on 3 different purchases and when i asked to get it refunded the person who refunded them for me only refunded 1 instead of 3 so i would really appreciate if i could get the other 2 refunded

See this page while on his account on xbox.com to see what things he has purchased, if he did purchase them without permission:

If he did purchase games without authorization, please add a passkey to the account or similar family security features to prevent this from happening in the future:

And finally, about the purchases, the only thing you can do is request a refund on this page:

If you mean Microsoft points from the Microsoft rewards program, then you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.
