    Unauthorized payments


    I am very frustrated . I need to speak with a live person not automated. Someone has as an Xbox playing games and I have been paying for it. At first I thought it was Microsoft taking the payments out automatic, but then I noticed something different.
    These payments have been coming out of my for a minute unnoticed and unauthorized. I would like a refund and hold the person responsible making me pay while he plays.

    Call support and file an unauthorised access and wait several months, call your bank also!

    It's possible what the other agent did was submit an unauthorized access investigation ticket for you, and in this case you will need to wait to hear back for the resolution and for the refund of the game.

    I had same issue with my account two years ago, I called customer support to fix it. I had forgotten I had changed my membership from month to month to year to year. I had not change it in time for the billing. I had it fixed and it was credited back to
    me. You can change you billing but it may take a month to show the change. Same as if you change your email and other things on your account. Call customer support and they will help you with this.
