unauthorized payment you made in my account

Hello ,

at the date of 27.11.2017 we purches a subsription order for one month of xbox live gold .

after the order I updated my subscription so that there will be no automatic renewall and it is only for one month .

the charge was on ₪10.00 to PayPal.

at the 01.02.2018 suddenly I see a mail with another charge .

the charge was on

this payment is not right and I am asking to get a refund to my paypal for this charge.

a payment was made to my paypal account today around 20:35:07 EDT

I didn't do anything with purchasing stuff from Microsoft Corp. that cost $9.99

I don't know what to do about this, it doesn't give me any other information on what the payment was made for, i have info of all it said below

again i'm not sure what to do about this charge to my paypal account.
