    Hello! I bought a xbox live gold subscription on 04/9/2018 in the Microsoft Store. But my account was written off at 60 rubles more than the cost of subscription. And until now the money has not been returned. This is a fraud.

    I'd like to add that I have received multiple emails regarding my "account", that I don't have, according to Microsoft and Xbox. Including the email regarding this post. Please, PLEASE, SOMEONE help me figure this out and STOP the reoccurring withdrawals from my "non existent account". And possibly get a refund for 11 unauthorized withdrawals!!!!!

    If you have completed the game and have a good amount of money in the treasury just withdraw money from it. If you are decreasing your moral standing for weapon upgrades withdraw 2 mil from it. This is the easiest way to decrease your moral standing.
