Well, first of all, it's not my primary account, and my primary account isn't a good fit to post this information, but as an Xbox Ambassador, I know the harm this stuff is to the community, so Microsoft has to understand the situation and respond

First, this macro cheat hardware was developed by BIGBIG WON, which isn't currently available for sale worldwide.

But it's now going viral within the Chinese language community, where their marketers are promoted through multiple well-known Chinese Internet streamers claiming that their product, ARMOR-X, is an alternative to elite controllers, even better than elites.

This hardware uses a receiver to block the link between the Xbox controller and the console, and disguises it as the controller and console link.

It cheats by programming macros through the mobile APP, and also simulates the joystick input through the gyroscope.

They're also using Xbox Series X|S images and logos heavily in their campaigns, pretending they're licensed, which is not just a matter of affecting the player community, they're already starting to infringe on your trademark and brand credibility! Microsoft! I know you have a physical company in China, please do something! Stop them! Thank you!

This is probably what enforcement is referring to on my permanent suspension. Well i got new for the enforcement team. I dont any modified hardware or software. My controllers are also 100% vanilla. Their are a bit over used and some buttons tend to stick or drift. Im not smart enough to actually code so thats out of the question when it comes to trying to modify any system hardware or software. Ive even give all my device serial numbers to enforcement. With no response. Ive probably sent 27 or so emails to enforcement and haven't gotten a single email response. I created my xbox account in 2007 with the same email iming today. Ive had the same gamertag since 2008-2009. And the weird thing is its showing me only having tenure (or a 10 in a circle on my Xbox live profile). Weird considering ive had my account open since 2007. Should be a 14 or 15. If i take into consideration i changed my gamertag in 2008-2009 it should still be 13 or so listed on my profile. Also my profile picture and avatar is missing from enforcement website. Something isnt right. Ive heard of hackers flat out swapping players data without the account owner ever knowing. Is it possible ive been bamboozled. I will probably never get to find out.

Ive drawn every possible conclusion i can think of why i was permanently suspended. And havent figured it out.

Please nobody respond with the same thing ive been told 100 times please don't tell me to go to the enforcement.xbox.com , the site is broken even when viewing in Edge. If there is something else specific i need to do to actually communicate with someone on there please inform me. Case review feature didnt work. Infact i was not even presented with questioner.

Specifically what clause in the Microsoft Services Agreement or Xbox Live Code of Conduct do you believe is being violated by Microsoft manufacturing new hardware for their console?

The Xbox Live Code of Conduct lists cheating and tampering as using unauthorized hardware or software, exploiting game vulnerabilities and glitches, making unauthorized modifications to an account or profile, or intentionally playing with someone using unauthorized
software or methods. Nowhere does the Code of Conduct or Microsoft Services Agreement state they can't manufacture first party products for their console that may provide an advantage, nor do they promise a perfectly level playing field on Xbox.

I agree! please everyone share this post so Microsoft can acknowledge there is a huge problem here that not only ruines player experience but also decreases sales. I if you want to cheat go to Private lan servers not on xbox live. do something about it now
before it's too late and it goes viral and consoles obsolete!.
