Unauthorized laptop purchase HELP!

I recently had an issue where a laptop was purchased and delivered to an unknow address, I did not ok this purchase and do not live in the place it was delivered to. (the place is at least 400 miles away from me) I have tried reaching out to microsoft about the isse and this new system makes it really really tough to navigate to speak to someone or chat with. I understand the need to not have live people but it gets ridiculous when you have been charge $1300 dollars and you cant get help to this unauthorized charge. I did let my bank know but trying to get help from microsoft seems so difficult with the structure of support. On the phone its and endless circle of prompts that get you know where. then you go online and it seems that they have a small list of problems to choose from which none help me. HOW? do I get help real help I can't afford a $1300 charge that was not done by me. I have since changed all my passwords in case. Please can someone direct me to the correct dept that will actually help and not give me the run around. I also called microsoft store and was transfered so much that in the end some girl took my info gave a case number but she said she was not sure how to do this... ???? I need help PLEASE!
