Unauthorized charges

Last week u got a total of 7 unauthorized charges back to back that were charged on my account from an unknown party. One representative said that i would get a refund, the second said i was not going to get a refund and the third didnt know what she was talking about and would not connect me to a supervisor. My bank is advising that since it was a hack on this website and not just my card itself they were not crediting me back and microsoft would have to credit me back. I cannot get anyone on the phone to help me. I have over a $100 in charges that were made from my account by someone else who i dont know. I want my money back, and this joke of a customer service is no help. Im about to cancel all my subscriptions to avoid future issues.

It shouldn't make a difference. If MS finishes investigation they will directly refund unauthorized charges, or if PayPal reverses them before MS is done you will also get money back for unauthorized charges.

you have to go to
xbox.com/refund and to remove your card, access your account on xbox.com and from there you can remove it.
