Unauthorized charge for $15.89

I have a charge on my bank statement for $15.89 with the following description NNT Microsoft *ultin280 . Can someone tell me what this is for I have checked with my kids and reviewed there account's and I verified nothing was under the purchase history and nothing saved under payment.

We won't be able to check or control anything from our end unless we have access to the account that's responsible for the charge or at least some kind of information about it. However, you can get in touch with our online support to see if there is anything that can be done from their end through Xbox Support. In case there was noting they can do from their end, you will need to get in touch with your bank institution to take necessary actions.

i was charged a payment of 15.89 this morning for game pass ultimate. but my subscription was canceled and i don’t see the charge in my order history

I'm having the exact same issue. Even charged me another $15.89 because it said I had no subscriptions yet it was already paid for last week.

I have been charged $15.89 and I don't know what it is for. If it is a charge for the x-box, we no longer have one. Please discontinue charging the CC.
