when I linked my card to my Xbox account R12 was removed from my account without my permission. Can I get it back

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

a few days ago I was charged an amount of 6.99 Euros as automatic Xbox live extension was enabled. Usually in this case I used to receive a confirmation e-mail. This

time, however, I did not. Considering that these e-mails inform about the upcoming extension, I was not able to resign my Xbox life membership which I intended to do.

I would be pleased if you could check on this inconvenience.
