Unauthorized account access, ongoing hack

Last year I found out my ex had stolen all my Apple ID and cloud info before and during our divorce and either used it himself or gave it to people to use (both I think) and access my accounts and pretend to be me. He had access to all my actual devices too before I moved out, even old phones which were used as trusted devices.

I’ve spent months dealing with this including setting up password-less sign in and unlinking my MS account from third party access like EA.

Today I decided to download the sims again on my Xbox and there are game saves on my account even though I had deleted all old saves, unlinked my Xbox from EA, and, reset the password + set up 2FA with an authenticator app. I basically cleaned up the entire EA account short of deleting it altogether.

The game saves are from June on a date I can actually have the government prove I wasn’t playing video games since I was on the phone with them and a lawyer at the time the games were played/saved.

What else can I do to keep these AHs from continually accessing my accounts? When I didn’t have password-less sign in, the attempts to login to my email were nonstop.

Is it my WiFi?

I’ve wiped my phones multiple times and if they were jail broken (for future compromising) without me knowing, I have no idea how to find out.

Everyone just says to factory reset the phone. When my cloud was hacked, they had the ability to log in to my account on another phone and download my entire backup to it including authenticator apps, basically like a copy of my phone. They uploaded crazy photos to my albums and left insane notes that got downloaded to my phone.

Does this mean no matter what I do going forward I can’t get fresh security from authenticator apps? Nobody at MS or Apple can even comprehend this when I call/chat to report it and try and resecure my account.
