    i got a email my account was credited for the purchase COD Ghost but it hasn't been downloaded i only got this error message Re:

    1) how can i cancel the purchase

    2) y the game not downloading

    Did you personally purchase it, or did you just suddenly found out about it while you had nothing to do with the purchase? If you didn't purchase it, then I suggest you contact the Xbox Support.

    This would be best resolved by calling Customer Support 1-800-4MY-XBOX

    Also when you use a CC to make purchases with your account it gives you an option to remember your CC #. Try not checking that box next time.

    You can always call Xbox Tech. and ask them can they help you in any way. This would probably be the best solution and the most legit one. Here is their calling info.
