    Hello,

    I'm French and i'm tryna explains my problem, excuse me if my english is too bad.

    I got a PS4 and XBOX ONE both account got a same name and sometime i have a connection problem from my XBOX ONLY. i can't connect my account because from the hardware i guess my XBOX is not connected to internet. my connection is
    good, i reboot my box (modem), i reboot my XBOX. After all this it's A NAT problem comming and i FIX this and sometime my account is connected but i can't play online because the xbox live can't connect i don't know why. i try EVERYTHING of your advice AND
    I'M STILL disconnect to the account for maybe 1 hour (4 hours is my record now) and i'm really tired of this. because all time i got this problem i check if my connection is good with my PS4 and if i can play online and EVERYTHING IS GOOD i don't hear about
    NAT, i don't hear about the

    TEREDO, i don't hear about error code, i'm not transform me to an technician NO ! i just Press START AND PLAY.



    i ain't got the time for play a part of this ridiculous war between XBOX and PS4 by some people of both community, i love play ALL video-game, i prefer XBOX since the first XBOX and the reason i got a PS4 is my brother but at this time with this problem
    i past my time in my PS4. ALL I WANT is PUSH THE START AND PLAY. all this connected HARDWARE and this NAT problem ruined my game time and remind me all the problem i have with my laptop with windows 10. i don't know where this problem came from (windows in
    xbox, your system of connecting from the hardware) but you need to fix this or maybe i have to buy an XBOX ONE X but if i buy this and the problem still there, you never see me again with an XBOX till i hear the hardware change...

    please help me and if you got the same struggle PLEASE SUPPORT me because Microsoft need to FIX that

    Also, we are already seeing instances of some being compensated and others not. Why are some getting special treatment? There is a legal term for preferential treatment...

    You are a real jerk teknikk7. Dangerboy is just trying to help and you act like you are the only one this is affecting. If you read the agreement you would see no refunds is in the confirm before you buy button.

    The rage started when they refused to give me a refund. Software bug? How come I can buy it again on the One, that seems to work just fine. It's false advertising. They got you programmed real good "software bug"...lol

    Intellectual property rights comes under section 7 Copyrights, Section 17 is Availability. Well just trying help but there's no help some people, good luck in getting a refund.

    When you talk to Activision they say it's Microsofts fault. You sound just like the chat reps I was talking to last night. A lot of finger pointing with no action plan for resolving my issues.
